| Mission | - Provide a high level of client service as clients? day to day contact by ensuring all queries are responded to promptly and accurately and in line with agreed service level standards - Maintain all queries & ?Quick Hits? on the QTS system (alternatively JIRA) and in collaboration with Operations/the business identify trends and resolve underlying root causes. - Anticipate issues and proactively work to address concerns before they escalate, ensuring that recurring client issues are noted and advised to line manager and/or CSM. - Assist client with any ?custody projects? ( new subfunds, pooling, new instruction channels, liquidations, mergers) - Perform all client set up into the custody system ( Focus) and in specifics reporting systems ( Failed trades) |
