For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an:

Projects - Administrative Assistant

The Administrative assistant will work in close cooperation with a team of professionals and other administrative/operational assistants.



Responsibilities

Assist with the archiving of paper materials related to projects, policy, communications, etc before the big move of all staff into 2 buildings instead of 3 buildings.

Required profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Good knowledge of the standard computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Knowledge of Serapis and Business Objects would be an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of French(*). Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage



This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.

Salary ranges between 3,800€ and 4,350€ gross per month, depending on experience.
