Pour l'un de nos clients au Luxembourg- région Schengen, nous recrutons un boucher qualifié (H/F).

Job description

Votre mission :

  • Parage

  • Désossage de différents produits carnés

  • Réalisation de charcuteries

  • Confection de produits ultra frais

  • Réalisation des commandes clients.

  • Vente comptoir avec utilisation de la trancheuse

Required profile

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de boucher et/ou charcutier et justifiez d’une expérience dans ce domaine

  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des différents produits carnés

  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et maîtrisez les règles d’hygiène HACCP

  • Vous faites preuve d’organisation et d’esprit d’équipe

  • Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler le week-end (6j/7)

  • Vous parlez le français. Le luxembourgeois et l’allemand seront considérés comme un atout.
