    Your  tasks
     
    -  Provide  a  high  level  of  client  service  as  clients?  day  to  day  contact  by  ensuring  all  queries  are  responded  to  promptly  and  accurately  and  in  line  with  agreed  service  level  standards

    -  Assist  client  with  any  ?custody  projects?  (  new  subfunds,  pooling,  new  instruction  channels,  liquidations,  mergers)
    -  Perform  all  client  set  up  into  the  custody  system  (  Focus)  and  in  specifics  reporting  systems  (  Failed  trades)

    -  BAC+3  economics  or  similar
    -  Some  experience  in  Custody  is  essential!
    -  You  are  fluent  in  French/English
    -  Client  facing  orientation  and  skills  with

  • Enquêteurs terrains grand duché du luxembourg(h/f)

    -  Vous  réalisez  des  enquêtes  en  face  à  face  au  domicile  de  particuliers.  Les  sujets  sont  divers  (politique,  économique,  santé,  ...).  Les  enquêtes  sont  effectuées  sur  le  territoire  luxembourgeois  (lieux  à  déterminer  selon  votre  habitation).
    -  Lors  de  la  journée  de  formation,  la  méthodologie,  la  matériel  ainsi  que  votre  parcours  vous  seront  donnés. 
    -  Vous  devez  pouvoir  effectuer  2  à  3  enquêtes  complètes  par  jour  (durée  d'une  enquête:  environ  une  heure)

    -    Vous  avez  une  formation  commerciale,  vente  ou  similaire
    -    Aisance  commerciale,  bon  contact  avec  les  personnes
    -    Une  première  expérience  dans  la  vente/commercial/sondage  est  essentielle
    -    Bonne  présentation
    -    La  connaissance  du  luxembourgeois  est  un  atout
    -    Permis  B  et  voiture  indispensable  (exception  si  vous  habitez  sur  le  grand  duché  du  Luxembourg)
     
    Horaires  :  lundi  au  samedi  de  14h  à  20h  (samedi  10h  à  16h).  Obligation  de  travail  le  samedi  -  possibilité  d'un  jour  de  libre  en  semaine
     
    Une  formation  d'une  journée  est  prévue  en  novembre  et  la  mission  commencera  dès  le  lendemain    jusque  mi  décembre,  avec  reprise  en  2011.
